The Company has been notified that on 21st August 2015, a Connected Person of Andy Malpass, a director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £1.90 each. Following this notification Andy Malpass has a reportable shareholding of 22,590 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.02% of the issued share capital and his Connected Person holds 5,000 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.004% of the issued share capital of the Company.
