Director / PDMR Shareholding
In accordance with the requirements of Market Abuse Regulation Article 19, further to the announcement published at 09:33:18 today (28 July 2021), JTC confirms that it was notified on 27 July 2021 that Martin Fotheringham, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 200,000 of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £6.30 per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Mr. Fotheringham's total shareholding in the Company comprises 200,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.14852% per cent of the Issued Share Capital of the Company.
