First Day of Dealings
Further to the publication of a Prospectus on 9 March 2018 in connection with its initial public offering, JTC - a leading global provider of administration services to fund, corporate and private clients - is pleased to announce that its entire issued ordinary share capital, which comprises 106,896,552 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares" or "Shares"), is today being admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities and to listing on the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority. Dealings in the Ordinary Shares commence at 8.00 am today under the ticker 'JTC' with an ISIN code of JE00BF4X3P53.
As part of the process, the Company and its shareholders have raised £243.8 million before expenses from an institutional placing of 84,070,254 Ordinary Shares at a price of 290 pence per Share, conditional upon Admission.
The total number of shares in issue as at Admission will be 106,896,552 ordinary shares of £0.01 each. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, from Admission the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 106,896,552, which may be used by holders of Ordinary Shares as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
