Iofina is pleased to announce that Mr. Forest DornΒ has been appointed to the Board of the Company, following his appointment asΒ President andΒ CEO ofΒ Iofina Natural Gas, Inc, a subsidiary of Iofina Plc, inΒ August 2009.
Mr.Β DornΒ has been granted optionsΒ over 450,000Β ordinaryΒ shares in theΒ Company atΒ an exercise price ofΒ 83 pence eachΒ under the Company's share option scheme.Β
There is no information in relation to theΒ appointment of Mr.Β Dorn required pursuant toΒ Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies other than as set out below:
