Iofina plc, manufacturers of specialty chemical products and specialists in the exploration and production of iodine, held itsĀ 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") earlier today.
All resolutions proposed at the AGM, as set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 5 May 2026, were duly passed.
