Iofina plc, manufacturers of specialty chemical products and specialists in the exploration and production of iodine, today announces that its 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will take place on 9 June 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of Canaccord Genuity, 88 Wood Street, London EC2V 7QR. The Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 together with the Notice of AGM will be available shortly on the Company's website at www.iofina.com.
