Iofina is pleased to announce that Mr. Forest Dorn has been appointed to the Board of the Company, following his appointment as President and CEO of Iofina Natural Gas, Inc, a subsidiary of Iofina Plc, in August 2009.
Mr. Dorn has been granted options over 450,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an exercise price of 83 pence each under the Company's share option scheme.
There is no information in relation to the appointment of Mr. Dorn required pursuant to Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies other than as set out below:
