Inditherm PLC28 November 2005 RNS Annoucement Inditherm plc Partnership shares scheme On 26 November 2004 Inditherm plc announced the launch of an employee savingsbased share option scheme. The scheme accumulation period ended on 25th November 2005 and under the rulesof the scheme rules the mid market price at close of business (33.75p) was usedto calculate the number of shares to be issued (42,601). The totalconsideration for shares issued £14,377.83. Application has been made to admit 42,601 shares to AIM at 8.00 am on 2ndDecember 2005. Mr I D Smith, a director of Inditherm plc participated in the Plan and has beenissued with 4,444 shares which he will be retaining.
