Further to the Company's announcements on 19 June 2020 and 6 July 2020, Inspiration Healthcare announces that certain Directors and a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") have, following Admission today, acquired a total of 61,500 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") via the Subscription as detailed below:
