Inspiration Healthcare Group plc (AIM: IHC), the global medical technology company, announces that it has been notified that Neil Campbell, a Non-executive Director of Inspiration Healthcare, has sold 200,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at prices set out in the form below.
Following the sale, Neil Campbell holds a total of 4,216,646 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.7 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
This announcement, including the notification below, is made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
