Board Changes

Inspiration Healthcare Group plc (AIM: IHC), the global medical technology company, is pleased to announce the following changes to the operational team of Inspiration Healthcare Limited and consequent changes to the Board, both of which take effect immediately.

Toby Foster, one of the founding members of Inspiration Healthcare Group, has been promoted to the position of Managing Director of Inspiration Healthcare Limited to spearhead the drive for future growth of the business following the recent acquisitions of Viomedex and S.L.E. Limited. This follows nearly 20 years of outstanding achievement as Sales Director and then Commercial Director. Toby will step off the Board of Inspiration Healthcare Group PLC to concentrate on this new role.

Brook Nolson, currently a non-executive Director of Inspiration Healthcare and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer and will report directly to Neil Campbell, the Chief Executive Officer. Brook has been a Board Director for the last five years and will assume responsibility for the day to day operations for the whole Group adding his strong operational skills and his considerable experience to develop the future strategic direction for the Group alongside Neil Campbell.

Following these appointments, the Group will begin the search for a further non-executive Director to join the Board as per the corporate governance recommendations for publicly quoted companies.
