Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 150,000 ordinary shares of 6p each (Shares) to be admitted to the Official List.
Admission of the Shares is expected on 9 October 2014.
These Shares are being reserved under block listing and will be issued as a result of the exercise of share options pursuant to the following scheme:
Scheme Shares
Hiscox Unapproved Share Option Scheme 150,000
When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Shares.
This notification is made in accordance with Listing Rule 3.5.5R.
