Hiscox Syndicate 33, 2021 Syndicate Business Forecast

Hamilton, Bermuda (14 September 2020) - Hiscox Ltd (LSE: HSX), the international specialist insurer, announces that it has published today a summary of its 2021 Syndicate Business Forecast for Syndicate 33.

Hiscox currently envisages that 2021 capacity for Syndicate 33 will be £1.7 billion (2020: £1.7 billion), subject to Lloyd's approval. The Syndicate expects to deliver premium growth in 2021, driven mainly by positive rate momentum in the majority of classes as market conditions continue to improve.

Hiscox is required to make this information public at this stage of the year due to the participation of third party capital providers.
