H&T Group plc ("H&T" or the "Group") announces that Mr. Malcolm Berryman, non-executive director of the Group, purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of 5p in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") in the market on 8 November 2011 at a price of 317 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Mr. Malcolm Berryman holds 2,000 Ordinary Shares.
