Forterra plc (the "Company") was notified on 25 May 2016 that the following directors of the Company and persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") in the Company were each awarded 277 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at no cost on 25 May 2016 in accordance with the terms of the Company's Share Incentive Plan.
