Commencement of trading on OTCQX® Best Market for North American investors
CleanTech Lithium PLC (AIM:CTL, Frankfurt:T2N, OTCQX:CTLHF), an exploration and development company advancing next-generation sustainable lithium projects in Chile for the EV transition, has now qualified to trade on the OTCQX® Best Market. The Company has been upgraded to OTCQX from the OTCQB® Venture Market.
Today marks the commencement of trading on OTCQX Best Market under the symbol "CTLHF" as the Company has successfully met the high financial standards, best corporate governance practices, and complied with the U.S. relevant securities law. The graduation to the OTXQX Best Market demonstrates the Company's competency and will streamline any investment activity from investors from the United States and Canada.
Aldo Boitano, Chief Executive Officer, CleanTech Lithium PLC, said:
