Long-Term Incentive Plan Awards
Calnex Solutions plc (AIM: CLX), a leading provider of test and measurement solutions for the global telecommunications sector, is pleased to confirm that the Company has now implemented a long-term incentive plan ("LTIP") for the executive and senior management team, under which it is intended that annual awards subject to performance metrics will be granted.
As indicated in Calnex's annual report for the year ended 31 March 2023 ("Annual Report") the Company obtained external advice on the design of the LTIP and consulted with shareholders on its key terms.
A total of 931,426 awards under the LTIP have been granted in the form of nominal cost share options, which will vest over a three-year period commencing 1 April 2023, subject to the satisfaction of performance metrics relating to the Company's earnings per share, revenue and absolute shareholder return.
