Calyx Group PLC19 December 2006 Immediate Release 19 December 2006 Calyx Group PLC ("Calyx" or the "Group") Issue of Mentec Initial Consideration Shares Following the announcement dated 12 December 2006, Calyx has issued 1,887,584ordinary shares of €0.10 each ("Ordinary Shares") as part of the initialconsideration for the acquisition of Mentec International Limited, MentecInternational Limited and Transfare Solutions Limited (together "Mentec").Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the Irish StockExchange for 1,887,584 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM andIEX markets respectively. Dealing is expected to commence on 27th December 2006.
