There can be no certainty that an offer will be made for the Company or theterms on which such an offer may be made. In accordance with Rule 2.10 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers,Boomerang confirms that, as at the close of business on 18 March 2008, it had8,901,231 ordinary shares of one pence each in issue and 415,894 outstandingoptions to acquire ordinary shares.
