Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading global podcast company, announces that Stuart Last, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 1,083 ordinary shares in the Company on 17 August at a price of 183.5 pence per ordinary share.
Following this purchase, Stuart Last holds 41,236 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.25 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
