The Company announces that Andy Bell, the chief executive officer and a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, purchased 263,051 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) for £3.7825 per Ordinary Share on 2 December 2021.
Following the above transactions, the number of Ordinary Shares in which Andy Bell has an interest has increased to 93,734,067 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 22.83% of the issued share capital.
