Director/PDMR Transactions - Initial Notification
The Company announces that it was notified on 29 March 2023, that:
a) Liz Carrington, HR Director and a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, has in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 3,640 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) at a price of £3.381 per Ordinary Share and then repurchased into her AJ Bell Individual Savings Account (ISA) 3,619 Ordinary Shares at a price of £3.381 per Ordinary Share;
b) Nick Carrington, a person closely associated (PCA) with Liz Carrington, has in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 3,640 Ordinary Shares at a price of £3.381 per Ordinary Share and then repurchased, into his AJ Bell ISA, 3,619 Ordinary Shares at a price of £3.381 per Ordinary Share;
The above transactions all took place on 20 March 2023.
Following the transactions, Liz Carrington has an interest in 598,216 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.145% of the issued share capital of the Company.
This announcement, including the notification below, is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
