The Company announces that Peter Birch, the Chief Financial Officer and a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, purchased 4,000 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) at a price of £2.7016 per Ordinary Share via his AJ Bell Youinvest Dealing Account on 30 September 2022.
