The Company announces that it received notice on 3 April 2013 that, on 2 April 2013, Greville Nicholls, the Chairman of the Company, sold 13,000 ordinary shares of 4p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 213 pence. These shares were held in the name of his wife, Bridget Ann Nicholls.

Following this transaction, the beneficial interest in the Company's shares of Mr Nicholls and his connected persons is 538,360 Ordinary Shares, which is equivalent to 0.97% of the Company's issued share capital.
