Additionally, Mr Nicolson is a director of Albemarle & Bond Trustee Limited("the Trustee"), the Trustee of the Albemarle & Bond Pawnbrokers LimitedEmployee Benefit Trust which holds 262,250 Ordinary shares of 4p each in thecapital of the Company.
