Apparently potential investors have as much appetite to buy "supposedly" cheap ANGS shares as Lucan does!

When is he going to invest... I wonder?!?!

When I saw yesterday's slow fall in SP, I thought a placement RNS was coming ahead of Hav news. Hands up... I called it completely wrong.

Delighted by the news today, although not so impressed by the market sell off yesterday... only for us to creep back above where we already had been the day before. My only reading of this (and I could be wrong AGAIN) is that the market are waiting to see if the warrants are taken up?
If the warrants fly off the shelf... then we're fully funded and no need for further dilution just yet... if not... will we see a small dip backward and a placement at say 1.80 ?

And before I'm shot down in flames as a de-ramper... I am an LTH here... and as such want this to fly like everyone else. Just grown a little more (wise) skeptical of AIM and BODs practices over the long years. In balance... I still think medium / long term this should be priced way higher for those invested at these levels right now.

What are everyone else's thoughts?

But from bitter past experience, GGP have a nasty habit of posting placings ahead of the news we're all waiting for... and then making us wait some more whilst the market digests this.

Clearly the warrants are about to expire... unless they extend them? In which case, we all know what's likely to happen next... don't we? And I'm guessing (as usual) the market is already one step ahead of us here and guessing the same...

Hope I am wrong... but can't say I will be at all surprised if my guess proves correct :-(

The buy-in's by two of the directors was good PR and I "honestly" felt they would use this to generate momentum by following up with buy-ins from others - especially Lucan. I think they have missed a trick so far as I feel the SP would have stabilized at a higher level had they done so...

Also begs the question: why don't they want to?

I've got to say:

If the SP is currently just shy of 18p... (so-called) Rampers have us at 35p and (so-called) de-rampers have us at 25p...

THEN - EXCUSE ME - BUT IT"S ALL GOOD, FOLKS!!!!!!

3,4,5 & 6: Whilst good to buy in on... will still be dumped later by day traders... since ANGS will take considerable time to prove up... and given their history, investors will NOT want to hang around too long to await the outcome.

The best are 1& 2: Lucan & the BOD buying in - this might at least draw a line in the sand - below which the SP is less likely to go, and getting rid of JTP will send a very clear market signal that our BOD are serious about turning over a new leaf!

IMHO... the following are the likely markers for the next pump and dumps:

1) Lucan and BOD invest their OWN money here.
2) JTP is removed FOR GOOD from ANGS.
3) Saltfleetby planning application submitted and "realistic" timescale for approvals / testing etc...
4) Balcombe planning application submitted and "realistic" timescale for approvals / testing etc...
5) Sale / partnership deal / further testing for Brockham?
6) Further investigation to boost flow at Lidsey.

In the meantime... sit back and wait for news...

I think he "should" be kicked out for good. They seemed to remove Vonk easily enough... so I don't see why JTP cannot be shown the door and it firmly closed behind him?

Let's face it... the only thing he has brought to the table to date is failure after failure, market investigations, PR headaches & horrific share dilution as a consequence of his deceitful and dodgy actions!!!!

If ANGS wants to be taken SERIOUSLY by the market and shareholders, then it needs to sever ties with JTP.

Only then will sensible investors and industry pros have any faith in Lucan. At the moment... I (and I'm guessing many many others too) feel that Lucan is just JTP's puppet master... and that doesn't inspire any confidence or credibility whatsoever!!!!!

Sidelining him was just a wrist-slapping PR gesture, IMHO... and as you say... he's still a shareholder and still on the payroll - continuing to milk long suffering shareholders as I type!!!!!!!!

Time Lucan woke up and smelt the coffee!

Fair view - could go either way - I agree :-)

I think if Lucan & the rest of the BOD invest here (own money) and Tideswell is kicked out for good, we could start to see a genuine turn around - until then, we will more than likely drift lower IMHO... give or take a few trading spikes.

I think it's fair to say (given this company's history) that the market are more than a little skeptical about ANGS right now - and will therefore - rightfully IMHO - only price Balcombe in - once testing & fully disclosed facts and figures are known. You only have to take a look at UKOG SP and where it's been heading consistently to see what the market thinks of The Weald story today.

Ocelot:

A) I don't think any LTH's were impressed with ANGS relations with the Council... there again, having made several planning applications myself and knowing the system and how frustrating it can be at times... I don't hold ANGS "entirely" responsible there. (There, you have it on record: something I don't blame them "entirely" for!)
B)JTP has been a thorn in this company's side from the off, but we were already SUPPOSEDLY poised for Brockham news when he went "off on one" again!
C) You could also add: The ousting of Vonk and change of directors which came as a sudden unexpected bombshell... although... once again... we were still all holding for Brockham at that time...

And as many here are fond to point out to frustrated LTH's (like myself) "you only ever lose if you sell". Problem is: that's great advice if the SP has dropped away by 40 - 50% even... but most LTH's here are now nursing 90 - 95% losses and there seems to be little point pretending we are ever going to see 10p and upwards ever again with current management in charge here.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt at Lidsey... but NOBODY can honestly take them seriously with a third chance after the Brockham fiasco?!?!

It will take some "genuine" signals from the BOD to start to rebuild trust and a good first and second start would be:

1) Aligning themselves with shareholders by buying shares WITH THEIR OWN MONEY!!!!

2) Getting JTP as far, far, far, away from the company as is humanly possible - to send a very clear signal that market abuse WILL NOT be tolerated by the new BOD and to draw a line under the company's shady past.

...or (more likely IMHO) If ANGS are allowed to... they will gratefully sh*ft another bunch of investors (diluting them to kingdom come along the way) with yet more idle promises they have ZERO chance of fulfilling!

Watch what happens when (and I mean WHEN?????) the so-called August planning goes in... LOL :-) See how the council respond and what conditions are attached... then while away the weeks and months until Lucan comes knocking for another placing to pay their wage bill...

Serial offenders like ANGS BOD need to be brought to book and prevented from ever darkening the doorsteps of PI's ever again.
