Okay, so all genuine investors are awaiting results which should "hopefully" transform the SP enabling either
A) placement at a higher SP level
B) funding through partnership with Newcrest or
C) buy-out of assets or company by Newcrest.
Long term I have no concerns as I think results will "eventually" enable us to capitalise here through increased share value, but for now... we require further money by year end and if none of the above is likely to happen very soon, then any prudent management will have already had to investigate and put in motion alternative finance arrangements. Given tough market conditions... this will come at a cost and inevitably will cause dilution and further short term pain for shareholders IMHO... But, I would argue that GGP need to maintain "full independence" right now - until Newcrest or others are in a position to make a play. They need money to do this... so where does it come from?
I would very much like to hear the considered opinions of other LTH's here.
