Unless you're a newbie to AIM.... the rest of us have all seen this wording before and know precisely what it means :-(

They can make all the "announcements" they like... but NOTHING will happen until planning has been submitted, digested by the county council and EVENTUALLY & HOPEFULLY granted.

Even then... the market and investors will not be prepared to give them the benefit of doubt they can actually deliver for another six weeks... let alone six months!!!!!

You only have to take a look at the "other" Weald oil play to see where our SP headed!

Keep in mind: UKOG are extracting 1000's of barrels of oil per day from The Weald and yet their share price has nose-dived over a long period of time.

ANGS have Lidsey as their ONLY current and near term prospect for delivering oil. Forgotten the volume from last time I looked... it was so insignificant?!?! LOL :-)

Please stop trying to delude new investors.

Even "IF" Brockham were of any value now... we have no planning to do anything here... it has lapsed... so NOTHING until next year at the earliest. Even if we sold... we need permission and planning regs to do so - as there would be a change in operator license needed... so NOTHING for months at least.

Saltfleetby... needs planning and not even submitted, then needs testing, then needs connecting to main grid.... FORGET IT!

Balcombe... planning "hopefully" submitted by late August... which means March next year for just approvals to begin testing, even "IF" they are given without delay.

Strange that... because you were banging on about how nobody COULD short this stock together with your other mates before the CC. I also recall you telling us it would hit 2p after the CC...

ANGS is worthless... as they have no near-term proven assets anymore. Nail in the coffin time on AIM. I know it, you know it... and NOW after the CC... the Market and the whole world knows it!

No near term value due to no near term activity!

Given the past and current history of this BOD why should the market attribute ANY VALUE whatsoever to these two? Do you "honestly" believe the market / or investors have any faith left in this shower anymore?!?!

Watch what the market thinks of Lucan's conference call tomorrow for a clue as to where this is headed...

Unfortuantely... neither LTH's nor the BOD can "move on" from this mess until some honest answers are given. The CC today did not even come close to answering the multitude of questions over continued mismanagement, deceit and unmitigated disaster.

If Lucan and Tideswell SERIOUSLY think they can wash their hands and carry on here if nothing whatsoever has happened then they are even more foolish than I first thought.

Tomorrow, the market will begin a slow crucifixion of the SP which will continue until this company folds for good.

Seriously: What new investor - in the right mind - will invest good money here unless they're hardened gamblers with a high-risk appetite chasing a lucky spike?

Until the BOD take responsibility... give a full HONEST account and do the honorable thing: replace themselves with competent trustworthy individuals... this company will be a laughing stock!

I also remember talk of many multiples of that price!

Sadly now... thanks to the fiasco with Brockham.... Balcombe also now has A BIG QUESTION MARK hanging over it. I personally won't believe a word until we see full tankers leaving and that ain't going to happen before Q2 next year AT THE EARLIEST!

What else have they got? Because MM's are going to slaughter the SP again if it's another negative on fulfillment of The Weald Story we all bought into!

I certainly take responsibility for my actions in investing in a high risk AIM share, but what I do NOT take responsibility for are the actions taken by our BOD that were clearly NOT in the best interests of ANGS shareholders (JTP dodgy share dealing / discrepancies surrounding testing of Brockham / timing of recent placing.... to name but three!)

When you invest in ANY company... you take for granted a "basic" level of management competency and conviction to succeed on behalf of the owners (US!)... if NO AIM share can even offers those fundamental values then the likes of Lucan and tideswell should be politely told that management and directorship roles are obviously too challenging for them!

They should not be allowed anywhere near a board room table again IMHO.

Agreed... it's a waiting game if you're underwater here, as most of us were / are. Once the losses mount up - as they have over the last 6 months especially - it's crucifying to sell. I've sold out at a HUGE loss from my main SIIP account, but I couldn't sell from my ISA's when I intended... so still have a much smaller stake trapped there :-(

Last chance saloon for Lucan and "yes" I would hope he has "some" info he can offer shareholders ahead of the CC... otherwise I will sell out my remaining stake here too... More jam tomorrow won't cut it with anyone.
TBH, even if he comes out and tells us they've sold off Brockham to UKOG... what good can it do us... shares in UKOG and / or cash will not help the SP and still leaves us with no short to medium term prospect - just longer term mirages (and we ALL know how they all seem to vanish into thin air the closer we get to reaching them!)

I apologise for my negativity on this BB... however I just cannot bring myself to "pretend" anymore after the many broken commitments by our BOD resulting in the spectacular decline in share value - especially since Lucan took the helm.

I "naturally" become incensed whenever Lucan's cheerleaders appear, telling porkies about future prospects and how we are under "new" management. Yeah...Right! Having served my LONG sentence as an ANGS shareholder the only gratification seemingly left to me right now is to "tell it how it really is!" and call out the lies as and when they appear.

Okay.... whilst we while away the hours, here's my take on what will be reported by Lucan on Thursday's conference call:

1) Saltfleetby Gas project... blah, bl blah, bl blah, bl blah... Yeah... Right....Come back January next year... if we're lucky!

2) Balcombe testing submission of new planning application in August... blah, bl blah, bl blah, bl blah... Yeah...Right...Come back January next year... if we're lucky!

3) Brockham discussions for sale of asset underway and at an advanced level but no further info can be supplied due to disclosure agreements.... Yeah... Right!

I "genuinely" hope for all LTH's here that I'm wrong, because it's goodbye 1p if nothing "significant" emerges...

Sadly, I just have NO FAITH in this BOD right now.
