Me too, BlakeneyP. I'm afraid I've resolved that on the next bounce of the bungee upwards - When? or If? - I shall be out. I think 10 years is enough. There is only so much patience that I am endowed with. It'll be a shame to no longer be part of this adventure, and I might just retain a small number of shares so as to keep in touch with this wonderfully harmonious board. But there comes a time when one thinks it might actually be more useful to have some cash to spend rather than be part of an odyssey that goes on and on.

Me too, Samson, I wish I'd taken some profit when we were at 150 and above. But having been "incarcerated" in SGZ for over 10 years, I'd forgotten all about the fact that you can actually sell its shares as well as buy them, LOL.

Hey, silversurger, is that their default position, because we have exactly the same situation here? They are seemingly quite happy for people's houses to potentially flood because "an otter" (note the "an'") has been seen on the gravel. When? God knows. Because no-one I've asked has ever seen this elusive otter. And I understand that the otter - if it exists - probably wouldn't give a flying fark anyway, because I'm told they can quite happily move from place to place. I have a very low opinion of SEPA. I'm also waiting on an answer to a question on a totally different issue that was asked in July.

The over-80s received their letters about three weeks ago, but the vaccinators are only coming this Thursday. For ONE DAY. So what next? Maybe next week the over-75s will get their letters, and then wait another three weeks for another single day of vaccinating? Then the over-70s...?

Well, this is the quotation from Altnaharra's briefing today. "It is hoped that those in the priority groups will be vaccinated by early May". Another three-and-a-half months to get through the over-70s? And the word "hoped" is a bit ominous.

Same here, silversurger. Only over-85s have even received letters yet, let alone jabs. On this reckoning Scotland must already be about a month behind England after only a few weeks. Poor.

Hi R, not here they're not, unfortunately. In our area at least they haven't even started on the over-85s. Not sure who Altnaharra, Queen of the Isles, can pin the blame on for this one.

Goodness knows, gravelguy. But when we're hovering around 96 we can no longer reason that it's due to people who took the placing at 110 selling out for a quick profit.
