Agreed, smiller, I was in a junior explorer about 12 years ago that had an accountant at the helm. That was an utter disaster. It's crucial to get the right balance of skills and experience and the transition at exactly the right time. Speaking of which, a particular issue which I've been banging on about for years is I do wish juniors could afford to have professional PR at board level. UFO is not at all bad in this respect, but far too many juniors allow people with engineering, mining or whatever other inappropriate skills to be in charge of their communications, and their lack of confidence or even nous in this area is all too painful to see.
