On balance, AWP, I would say Yes. Although in all cases of "skin in the game" much depends on personal wealth. For a small PI, £5,000 of shares might be quite a lot of "skin". For a director (and I'm talking in general terms here, not necessarily about our own directors), £50,000 might not be much "skin".

You are absolutely correct, DGR. No-one can reasonably complain about a lack of news flow. We have had, as you say, multiple RNSs, 99% of which have been very positive indeed. And that, of course, as we have said on several occasions, is the huge frustration for we LTHs. That the release of very good news by UFO heralds yet another drop in the sp. Every time. As I have rather cynically remarked before, if the Second Coming of Christ took place in the Pilbara, it would inevitably cause a few more %s to be shaved off UFO :)

0.35 is almost a given, wents. I would not bet against 0.25. I shall still hold, even then. Though I do get somewhat irritated by the "money has no object" brigade who regard ever-declining values of people's investments as "a great opportunity to top-up". This is by no means confined to UFO. I have seen this with every AIM share I've ever held. There are some people (seemingly) for whom "topping-up" is the be all and end all of life. It's almost as though they don't want the sp to ever go up.

JungleBabbler has put into words exactly why I am relaxed about the price of iron ore. The principle of what goes around, comes around. If we as PIs are prepared to invest enough patience in the development of a company from explorer to producer - and, heaven knows, that is a heck of a lot of patience - then surely we can apply a little more of that same quality to waiting for the market for the product to reverse in our favour.

Heaven knows, there aren't many bigger Jeremiah's than me, but I'm pretty positive about all this. The only slightly deflating detail is the insertion of the term "during 2023", rather than the ability to be more precise at this stage. "During 2023" could, of course, at the extreme mean that we may be waiting another 14 months to see the sp rise above its present level. But, hey, ho.

Thanks for the reminder about the licence ,Polinvest. With everything else, we tend to take our eye off this. I asked several weeks ago to be reminded when the licence was applied for, but no-one answered me. Also, roughly speaking, how long does the application take to be decided upon in WA? I know when I was in SGZ it took something like two years for the Scottish authorities to give permission.

Yes, Unclejim, it's not just we longer-timers who've watched a gradual slide. Anyone who bought in, and held, from the not-too-long-ago placing has seen their investment very nearly halved now.

You're probably right, smiller, although I still believe that many people - not just on this board, by any means - fall into the trap of treating their respective CEOs with uncritical hero worship. Until it all goes pear-shaped! Then the knives come out.
