Geeman, any potential buyer knows why Eve is up for sale. A trading update along with options for way forward I do not believe for a second that it will deter potential buyers. After all we are now sitting on an MCap 0f less that’s £1.5 mil !!!!

MCap is now £1.37 million … surely there is more cash than this in hand?

If there is an offer from my experience the SP will instantly jump very close to the offer. If the offer is for 2p (say) then the SP should jump to circa 1.9p.

One thing with the MMs though, it looks as if they do not want to hold any stock (and who can blame them?), hence the spread.

Eve sentiment is not just negative right now, is toxic. Needn’t be so, is all down to poor performance and poor communication from CC.

With roughly 214 million shares in issue anybody holding more than 2.2 million shares has to declare on Form 8.3. Anybody refusing from the above this level has to declare too.

In the absence of 8.3s, it looks to me that is PIs liquidating their holding. Not sure about the MMs selling Wyn.

Geeman is right in that the SP can move fast if we gets news. The thing is though radio silence will completely obliterate the SP and starting from 0.1p a 1000% rise will only bring it back up to 1p, unless is an offer.

CC completely destroyed all sentiment.

The message she gave the market is sale or bust.

Also, sale isn’t likely implied by the American investor that looked in to it and decided to walk away.

With the current obliterated sentiment, by the time a sale happens, if it happens (big if IMO) the SP is likely to be at 0.1p or less … and 1p offer will look more than fair.

Continued silence will see to it.

Where to next?

Radio silence will cause the SP to drift and along with it our pain will increase.

The Ask is now down to 0.75p and the Bid at 0.7p is about to be blasted out. Relatively large volumes being sold down here and we are in all-time low territory.

Haven decimated the share price, obliterated the SP, not to give an update on cash position and options on way forward (FSP being one of them) is pure incompetence, is inexcusable, is unforgivable.

Geeman, no. At 1.05p I was down more than £40k, now I am down more than £50k. If I was to sell that will be it. Now I have no choice but to hold to the end … loose it all or hopefully a buyer and recover losses.

Very stressful DGU. And by Monday if there is another Octabus 8.3 indicating selling the SP will collapse further. CC really needs to update the market.

Now kicking myself for not selling on the day of the RNS … I was offered 1.05p when I asked for a quote but hesitated to pull the trigger and crystallise a huge loss. Now at 0.7p my loss is even bigger and the SP has to rise by 50% just to get back up to 1.05p.

Very disappointing, very frustrating … loosing a fortune. Really ****ed off with CC … going from could have made a profit but chose to log a loss … to sustainable profitability in 2022 … to break even in 2022 (but only for part of the business) … to sale or administration (at least this is what the market now thinks) is inexcusable.

My feeling is that today’s sells totalling more than 5 mil shares are coming from Octabus, not likely to be from retail at this low level. We’ll soon find out anyway - Form 8.3 if it’s Octabus.

Octtabus did sell 5000 shares, yes according to the RNS. Why only 5000 shares when they are holding millions does not make sense.

Maybe they just started selling? Maybe today’s sells come from them? Who knows? If it is them selling we should see a revised 8.3.
