Geeman, I hope they don’t keep quiet until the end of the FSP process … will be no SP left.

On the point of a would be buyer buying shares in the open market before bidding we should see this through the filing of Forms 8.3.

IAPR, thanks. That maybe the reason we haven’t seen the 8.3s yes (bar Octabus).

Another 3,159,240 shares trade at 0.95p. This trade alone is more than 1% and whoever got it needs to file Form 8.3.

Talking about 8.3s is surprising that we haven’t seen more of these foiled yet. As per the rules anybody with a holding of more than 1% needs to file.

If anybody expresses interest in buying Eve, will Eve announce this straight away or will they sit on it until a deal is closed? Anybody knows? The situation now (FSP) is different from when the American investor mentioned in the RNS was involved.

I wish I cut my losses earlier, all I been hoping for is minimising losses but they are getting worse!. Will now give it about 3 weeks then clear out if no changes change. This is yet another very important lesson in cutting losers early.

Not looking good. SP now in free fall. Could have sold my holding yesterday (at huge loss) at 1.10p … now 0.90p :(:(:(

When you look at all the numbers, does it really make sense to be burning money in France? And now eying Belgium? Should have stuck with UK&I and make it profitable before expanding further. Learn to walk before attempting to run.

Geeman, they needed to file and so does anybody that holds 1% or more. They also have to file anytime that holding changes due to either buying or selling.

Geeman, Octabus already had that holding. I expect we are going to see a few more Forms 8.3 plus maybe 8.5 from the Eve broker.

Wyn, thanks for the reply, sensible as usual. 3 to 8 months makes sense. I will give it about two months and if nothing happens I will clear out. I hope Eve lasts at least this long.

The FSP process was started today and Eve did say earlier that they have enough cash for this year.

If they are going to end up in administration, in your opinion, how long do you thing we have before administration becomes a reality?

DGU, I blame CC for the state the company is in. She is, in my opinion, 100% responsible for this. She expanded too quick, she should have made UK&I profitable before expanding further in too France and now eying Belgium. A lot of cash is blown in France.

Had the SP been higher, she’d would have been able to raise but the SP is on a rollercoaster to the bottom! Why? Because of the way she handled PR over the last 2/3 years. Raising expectations then lowering them. Also, the way she handled CBD was very bad … she downplayed CBD right from the start on a couple of yearly presentations and that knocked the SP off. Now, in this RNS, now that we are ion trouble, I see an attempt to magnify CBD, emphasising own website.

I expect we are going to see a lot of filings (Forms 8.3 & 8.5) during the FSP.

Anybody with holding over 1% has to file, and file for every percentage increase. This is what happened with another stock I am in.
