Eve has 274,742,418 shares outstanding. 1p will value Eve at £2.7 mil, far too low.

I will wait for an offer too, absolutely no point in selling with such a loss.

SP seems to be creeping back up … Bid 1.20p ^ Ask 1.50p now. Fingers crossed it will recover.

Down £40k :(:(. Eve and Angus Enrtgy have been my worst investments ever.

Howey, thanks mate. I decided to leave the Angus board because the board is overwhelmed with Uber rampastic cheer leaders. Cannot hold a sensible conversation on that board anymore.

I am also not happy with the recent developments at Angus, I originally thought that the acquisition of the remaining 49% of SFB was good but after I studied it a bit more and more facts surfaced I am, not sure at all that that move was in shareholders interest. I doubt it and got my suspicions. I sold my Angus holding in me share dealing account but still have my ISA holding. Unless something surfaces to alleviate my suspicions I intend on selling it all during the next spike, if (after the recent developments) there is one.

Thanks for the reply and I fully sympathise with what you are saying. I think I now know who you mean.

This is my last post on this board.

It is clear to me that people here only want to post positive things and cheerlead in the face of plain negative situations, so is no longer suitable for me.

I have been in Angus as an investor for about 5 years and during this time I had numerous disappointments from Lidsey, to Brockham to SFB, yes Saltfleetby. Since SFB came in the picture we had numerous attempts to break above 1.5p and each one of these was met with a placing (for various “good” reasons) knocking the SP back down to 1p or below.

I will no longer be investing in Angus, I will cash out, crystallise my loss, and trade Angus along with other stocks from now on.

I sincerely hope this time with SFB the situation is different from those in the past and this time round the Angus long suffering shareholders and new investors/traders will reap some rewards.

Nicos, GL clearly said that the £12 mil SFB funding loan will be repaid by year end … this is by Dec 2022, within the next 7 months. So, why is it going to take until 2025 to repay half that amount?

Ocelot, you are saying the company is relaunched - what happens to the SP after the relaunch? At the moment is a raise too the bottom.

You are right in that the new float given in the RNS of 2,283,650,514 indicates an increase in float of 915 millio (previous float was 1,368,650,514).

Yet, if you go through the RNS there are new shares as follows:

546 millio @ 1.09p
91 million @ 1.09p
5646 million @ 1.20p
5 mil lender shares

Total:546+91+546+5 = 1,188 million shares

But the increase in float is 915 millions, a difference of 273 millions.

The reason for these 273 millions not included in the new float is because they have not been authorised yet - they will be at the EGM in June
