I get a quote to buy 5 million shares at 0.1445p - have to be new shares.

Sentiment is dead. Anything to look forward to that will generate some interest?

Crocqman, I think the TR-1 yesterday, GP Jersey bailing out is unrelated to this. GP is now piling in to CEG.

Looks like they made their money here (30% to 50% profit on a few £million) and moved on. It is clear from the TR-1 that they started selling some time ago.

Got the calculation wrong - £670 mil valuation equates to ~30p … not 3p

It is a good deal - 100% ownership of SFB at a discount and as James posted below win-win for seller and Angus.

The bulk of the shares the 546 mil (@1.2p) are locked in for 3 months and after that they can dispose off 25% of that in any 3-month period if they so wish.

The 91 mil shares can be disposed off immediately.

BV, I emailed Angus earlier for an update. The tweet is looking good but I was hoping for an update on progress to tell us where we are with the schedule to invigorate interest. As I said earlier a few days slip is not an issue and Angus clarifying were we are will definitely boost sentiment.

BV/Tygra, there isn’t going to be a buyer for the company, i thought GL clarified this? What is left are two parties looking at the asset (SFB).

Tygra, what makes you think that completion of hydro test will be the trigger for a rerate?

BV/Tygra, somebody has been buying large chunks of shares yes but the more important think is that somebody is still selling large chunks of shares - why is that somebody selling so close to first gas?

G.P. bailing out is not an issue that can be ignored. Angus must issue an SFB update urgently.

I emailed them to do so and I suggest you guys email asking for an SFB update too rather than trying to put a positive spin. I can see nothing good in the TR-1 RNS.

SP down to 1.20p and falling - very disappointing . I just emailed Angus requesting a Saltfleetby update.

Is not looking good - the SP is falling, down to 1 MM at 1.25p bid. It really needs an SFB update.

After today’s TR-1 RNS we urgently need an SFB update. If not, the pressure on the SP will persist.

And btw, the 10.29% to 0% took months to clear.

I have seen this many times. Lots of TR-1s going straight from more than 10% to 0%. The placed the order to sell a large amount (or the whole lot) and they do not know where the percentage is until the Broker gets back to tell them that the trade is completed.

BV, you can go from 12% to 0% legally if you place an order with an MM to sell the whole lot. You only have to declare when the trade is completed.
