BV, IMO we are not going to have wet commissioning starting in two days as in last update but I don’t see it as an issue. We can still have production beginning of June provided they have enough workers on the job and working overtime.

After the cable installation Is made the cables have to be terminated and the connections verified before powering testing and commissioning. This will not take long if they have enough manpower. Most of the pipework installation and testing must have been completed by now.

Overall looks great. Let’s hope they have adequate manpower and there is no reason not to.

With confirmation that all equipment is on site, we finished strong last week.

Causes of delay are now minimised and Angus is on course for gas beginning of June. Wet commissioning due to start in days now.

This should be the week we attack the resistance at 1.55p. Fingers crossed and GLTA.

BV, agreed. In all likelihood the gas prices will remain high for quite some time. They aren’t coming down anytime soon.

Anything over the contracted volume is sold at market rate and is Angus/SEL’s to keep. That is why GL said that the £12 mil loan will be paid off this year.

With all equipment on site now all is good. A matter of connecting up and testing.

I wish they were allowed to work beyond those hours dictated by the Council. I don’t understand these councils restricting the working hours to such a degree. Crazy. If it was a neighbour doing a house extension would be allowed to work Saturday & Sunday & Bank Holidays, why not Angus who is some distance away from any neighbours?

Anyway, gas next month. We should be seeing an improvement in the SP from now on … then boom!

Once the 1.55p resistance is taken out we should see a substantial move higher and this I think it will happen before first gas.

Baits, the skids will be on site today, I just wish the Council was not so restrictive on working hours. Is crazy, we could have the gas sooner.

As I said last week, if all equipment gets to site this week we are ok. All good now and back on track for gas beginning of next month.

Had enough. No point in carrying on posting here or watching the markets. I am off to to do something useful, my garden awaits. Hopefully the SP would not fall more today. Have a nice day all.

HITS, yes, July 1st is drop dead date. It does not leave much float between targeted production date and actual production date in case of any issues. Is not a good state to be in.
