DGU, I agree with you, what you are saying is correct but there is nothing we can do about it.

We need to learn the lesson and move on and never trust what the CEOs/CFOs are saying from now on. We need to safeguard our investments and not let them drown under, cut losses early if it doesn’t work. With EVE, personally I am down so deep I reached the Mariana Trench lol. Never again because now the losses are too big to cut.

I am still hopeful of a rescue though, the chances are that we will have another spike - how big? Depends on the bid.

Geeman, UKInvestormagazine.co.uk got it wrong - they added the word “down” which is not in the RNS.

The RNS states “ in addition the Company had drawn working capital facilities of £0.9m”. It does not say “drawn down”.

DGU, we have been mislead over the last couple of years indeed - a lesson for me, will not happen again. I went in heavy based on what we were told by CC and TP!

Now, I am looking forward to a buyer, I think it will be the best outcome for us. Fingers crossed.

DGU, I think that there is a very good chance we’ll get an offer and it will come good in the end. I am keeping the faith.

I am expecting to free some cash in the next couple of weeks and if the SP is still below 1p I will be adding to lower my average down a bit more.

I reread the RNS and you are right … the cash position is indeed £2.4 mil (£1.5 mil cash in hand plus £0.9 mil line of credit - NOT yet drawn)

Director stepping down … one less salary to pay. Part of cost cutting initiative in my opinion.

Personally I got no intention of selling any, will hold. For me not much has changed today, I knew the cash situation was dire and hence the FSP. Would it make much difference if the cash balance was sitting at £2.5 mil instead of £1.5 mil?

My hopes are on a strategic investor or a buyer, preferably the latter and their will be advantages for the buyer, tax benefits amongst them.

DGU, IMO, 0.5p is history as it has bottomed. I don’t see this dropping to zero in the immediate future, it should drift up ftom here in the hope of a buyer or investor.

I just wish EVE declared the cash position and gave this TU in the TU included with the FSP announcement - it would have got all the bad news out and be done with.

Some see this dip as buy/add opportunity.

We should be going up from here IMO. Nothing much has changed today, we can still have a buyer or strategic investor.
