Any expert guesses as to when we can expect an FSP update?

Disappointing.

It is very strange that after all that relatively huge volume the SP pulled back down to below 1p.

I am holding on to the slim hope that the recent spike was indeed due to a leak and not simply an oversold reaction. Hopefully, those in the know will continue to buy. If announcement is not imminent then they have plenty of time to accumulate without chasing the SP up.

Very puzzling drop. I did add 250k yesterday at 0.99p!!

We had a relatively large volume trading above 1p, to drop below 1p again is mind boggling.

EVE really has to give us an update - trading & FSP.

Had can it drop down to 0.8p again after all the recent volume? Doesn’t make sense.

EVE should really give us an update on the FSP. They don’t have to disclose any bidders but they can at least tell us if anybody is interested, perfectly legal. Also, aren’t we due a TU?

There is always at least one on every board.

Tacuma, I don’t know if the original development approval covers a number of drills including the forthcoming drill, it probably does.

However, my point is NSTA approval of the I3E/EOG JV - the following is from the 21st April RNS “ Completion is subject to approval of the North Sea Transition Authority ("NSTA") to the creation of a new block within Licence P.2358 (the "New Serenity Block") and to assignment of an interest in the Licence and New Serenity Block to Europa.”

There is no doubt in my mind that this approval will eventually be given, but will it arrive in good time before the planned drill between mid-Aug/mid-Sep? Is now the middle of July.

Serif, you maybe right about the oil price but I was making a point about NSTA approval, we need this asap before the drill. As far as I know we still need NSTA (ex-OGA) to approve the Serenity I3E/EOG deal. As far as I know this approval has not been obtained yet and without it the drill cannot go ahead. I hope I3E/EOG are expediting this.

Tovoc, look at the I3E chart - from well establish highs of over 30p, has fallen to 22p (by about 30%) and has been trying to move up over the last 2/3 weeks and struggling to regain 25p. Maybe an unrelated coincidence but EOG tends to attempt to move up in synch with I3E.

We have a gap on the chart created on the way down - 1.50p to 1.67p.

This gap has created a strong resistance at that level. Yesterday the SP hit 1.50p (the bottom of the gap) and reversed.

If the SP move is based on rumours, some people are aware of possible bids, then I would expect the SP to move through the gap resistance with relative ease, if not then very likely is a knee jerk reaction from way oversold levels. I hope this move is based on rumours, we’ll know by tomorrow.

Morning all. Looks like we are going to see a repeat of yesterday’s price action - drip-drip in the volume to start with … then booom. Fingers crossed.

We need NSTA approval before the Serenity drill. I was expecting to have that in the bag by now. Maybe that’s why the SP{ is stuck at this level? Even I3E is back-pedalling.

This volume today is not likely to be out of nothing … there must be a leak.
