Not sure that it will never go anywhere. It's all about timing. This is a solid business with a growth model. It's delivering commercially exactly to plan but that's not very interesting as the plan is in months and years not seconds and minutes.

The share price is so far behind where it should be it seems ridiculous. Clearly the management can't continue the same way with no recognition of their commercial position.

OTB Strong summer bookings and forecast to meet targets. Down 4%. This is now just a normal response to success.

Our summer bookings are well ahead of last year which was a record performance for us. Currently around +6% like for like. We have more rooms this year with 2 hotels adding additional floors over the winter. Our pricing is around +4%. Bookings Easter into October looking strong.

The strategy is similar to easyJet holidays and they largely use easyJet for their bookings.

We don't use OTB so I don't know how they interact with the hotel exactly but they don't block out rooms like the traditional model.

These are nothing more than a dating agency for hotels and flight providers. The model is very light and human investment is modest.

In easyjet case it's enhanced profit really with no downside and very little risk.

Given the current situation I took some BAE on Friday. Seems a reasonable idea given the opportunity for increased European defence spending, it seems a good balance to easyJet. I just took £100k for now but I will take more if EU leaders talk of more military independence. BAE has said that they can ramp up if required and have a healthy order book , share buyback and dividend triggered in April.

Well the big news of the day is Germany are going to move away from their us alliance. Absolutely right in my opinion and exactly what I expected to happen.

Germany has a lot of influence in Europe and we'll see others in the EU voting the same way.

Europe won't be far behind. It will hit long haul carriers but will be good news for Europe.

I suspect that the US markets are picking up on a growing likelihood of US isolation and shunning on a global scale.

I believe that we'll see a substantial negativity towards all things American and travel to America will reduce substantially as the toxicity coming from the US is avoided.

This is certainly a very positive place to do business. We have invested €19m this winter increasing capacity and €24m last year adding extra floors and new facilities.

Spanish migration is very different to the UK problem. Most here are from Argentina and Columbia, there are lots of US nomads and retirees from Europe. The UK migration to Spain to retire has almost stopped as it's now much more difficult for Brits to retire in the sun.

The migrants blend very well into the population and there's a huge amount of space.

The cost of living here is very low and the standards very high.

Today was just about the dividend date. I bought yesterday afternoon. Today it fell by less than the dividend so a decent day. Of course it will go up and down but ultimately it will trend up over time.

The UK half term holidays are a complete sell out for hotels and north south flights. Egypt and the Canaries are most popular as you would expect. easyJet holidays are having a big plus week with massive holiday client percentages in Sharm and Hurghada. The canaries around 10% which is hardly surprising given the alternatives available.

We heard the Jet2 are 7% ahead on 2025 bookings, I suspect easyjet are in a similar position.

Primetime this has to stop, you can't just look at a turnaround point and call it a trading opportunity. It's just ebb and flow. If you can't see these things ahead because there is no event driving it then it's just share price movement. It could have gone up as much as it went down. If you are just guessing then what is the point.

This has happened to several announcements that are positive in this sector. It's becoming a bit of an expectation that it doesn't matter how well the business does the market wants more.
