What I want to know is how long all this tendering/approval process is going to take? If it has to be in service early 2025 then surely construction will need to start early 2024 at the latest. We all know these things tend to take a while to get off the ground. Maybe it will be fast tracked. FSS tendering took years but obviously that was a much bigger project.

It's a genius plan if he can pull it off. I was originally unsure on the idea yesterday but it's another constant revenue stream when in service.

If we can get 100m for it then JW should snap their hand off and clear the debt. Remember doing that isn't just the 100m we get from the sale but also the money saved on interest over the years. I would also be happy with a farm out approach. I can't see us developing it ourselves as it will be costly.

Congrats to all holders. Always felt we had a much higher chance of winning this than losing it as I watched the hearing back in May.

You generally only show up after bad news.

BlairPeach, I would have thought you would be hiding away somewhere ready to pop out like a smelly fart in the event of bad news tomorrow.

And yet you sold on a down. The current share price is pathetic. Not only is it down nearly 50% from where it was in November, it is also down around 15% from where it was when the JR took place in May. Seems like you are not hanging on for the ups either.

It's your money at the end of the day. Do what you want with it. Just don't go around spreading false information or making things up now that you are out. Feel free to buy back in at a higher share price when there is less risk.

Trickymatters, you clearly misunderstood the bit in the annual report that you mis-quoted.

The actual quote is:

"Having sought legal opinion, we have been advised that the application has limited chance of success"

In this context "the application" refers to the application for judicial review.

That thought has crossed my mind this week. The only other fair way to do it is to co-ordinate the release of the RNS as the judge is speaking.

The judgement is market sensitive information. I am expecting the RNS to be prepared and ready to go out as soon as the judge delivers the sentence about which way it has gone. Anything less is a leak.

The initial RNS may be short on details with further information to follow unless JW has prepared a statement for either scenario.

All the ramping and noise on here the past couple of weeks and the share price is still below where it was when the judgement day was announced. It's also 15% or so down on the week where the JR was heard in May.

I have even seen a trader on Twitter posting dozens of ramping tweets only to delete them today. For them, the ramp was the rise yesterday and get out before the result because they don't care about the result.

The only thing that actually matters here is what the judge says tomorrow morning. If it's positive then we should see a spike in the share price. If it's negative then we likely retreat 1 or 2p. The majority of the people who bought in for the trade are back out already.

I am reasonably confident of a good result.

Shivest, the "market" you speak of was one person selling their entire holding in one go at 14.91p. That dropped the share price to 15p. Plenty of people buying them however.

I agree the RNS was unnecessary, but as I said already you don't mitigate bad news before the event so I don't see any motives around it. I would be surprised if JW even knows the result yet.

If you are trying to mitigate bad news it makes sense to do that after the event, not before. Today's RNS will be quickly forgotten about if we lose tomorrow. Although judging by the first 20 minutes of trading today it has already been forgotten.

I see it as an attempt to build momentum into the result so that we get a bigger rise tomorrow.

I am confused here. What happened to the Steamboat company and their proposal? Guessing we weren't selected as the preferred bidder.

FSS would have taken us to 30p and stayed there (at least until end of June) if several II/HNIs didn't use it as their opportunity to exit. I don't see JR taking us to 30p tomorrow but back into 20s would be nice.

I don't think the charts matter this week. The news on Thursday will dictate what happens to the share price. In the meantime I expect it to keep climbing - not because it is breaking resistance levels but because people are hoping for some good news in a couple of days.
