There was Double top at 42.25p with the low being 33.75.

\Today we closed at 33.5. if it does not bounce tomorrow the it might trigger further sells to activate that chart pattern which would potentially mean a fall to around 23p.

This stock really does need something right now to break this never ending bearish trend.

There is no right and wrong, you are fixated on the science I am fixated on the SP

I am trying to maximise returns based on what he SP is any given day. I don't "care" about the company or "care" about the science.

If I think things have changed then I will load up. If I am wrong I will off load. Its not complicated and I don't care if I am wrong 3 times in a row if on the 4th time I get my money back and then some on top.

to me its not about being right or wrong, just turning a profit.

I don't know how many times we have to go through this.

A loss making company can only exist by going to the market for fresh money when needed to keep the research going.

That really should be taken care of in the original IPO. However the whole purpose of aim is light regulation to allow directors to pretty much say what they like when they like to raise money beyond the IPO.

There comes a point when the market says I don't believe you anymore and the company either goes bust and the patents are bought out when in administration or a cheap buyout occurs of which I have painted a perfectly possible scenario where present shareholders are completely shafted.

This process is actually commonplace on aim, and is normally foreshadowed by a falling sp over a long period of time.

So far in the years that AVCT have been a PLC they have never commercially sold any of their tech whether it be diagnostics or therapies. They misled investors about the likely LFT success, they have missed just about every single self imposed deadline on any and everything that are involved in. They seem to have few TR1' investors and no new II's for many years. They continually raise more money every 15-18 months at a lower share price than previously (My estimate incl the IPO is close £200m so far.) they recently sacked their CEO but we have never been told why and right now it looks like another RI is looming. They have had to sell every other strand of the business to keep the lights on. Offices sold, staff reduced.

None of this looks or smells like a company that will transform Cancer treatment to me any more.

The SP is in the low 30's and the CLN round has not started yet. Who cares about the science. Its years away. As always, its about the money . Which I have been spouting on about for over 3 years now.

If the science is promising it will be bought by someone else and we won't get a look in. The BoD of AVCT will be fine, either in the new enterprise or even like AS. Still working his magic elsewhere.

Loss making companies are very vulnerable. IF the science was as good as ICE believes then its obvious they would have already been bought out or at the very least financially secure.

Thats why small bio techs are high risk. It means the odds are stacked in favour of the investor losing money.

Its the inability of most small PI's to acknowledge their research was wanting and they hold too long until the SP is so low its not worth selling. That's when you know you should have exited long before.

Never over commit and do everything you can to preserve capital otherwise you won't have any powder left to recoup your losses elsewhere.

Icve I actually said "i don't know enough about the science, " I think the word "enough" was sufficient calibration. but you don't concentrate or if you do not on the right things.

I don't day trade either, and I am not sure what gobbledegook "Value trades" mean when you use that expression to.... oh hang on... guess what,.... trade the stock!!! you would have gone by the SP. The one indicator you refuse to acknowledge, or perhaps you bought because the sP was so low...but if it went up, why would you sell? its going to the moon.

So basically you played the market around the SP and gambled (which all trading is).

Funny though as we are approaching a fight on an important support at 33.75p then you reveal you have made money by TRADING.. ha ha, You have spent years ridiculing me for the very action you supposedly have been carrying on and making money at, while publicly always saying you bought more and more on the way down, sitting on ever big losses. But no, on the QT you have been doing a MM. Saying one thing and doing another.

I would point out Ice that you did not buy in for the science but for the SP appreciation.

As was proved in the LFT time, buying at 100p and selling at 212-250p was very profitable for me even though the science (well signposted as it was for being the best test in the world) failed.

Your misplaced confidence tipped over into arrogance some time ago now.

i have done fine in life thanks very much. been very lucky so far financially and always kept an open mind.

however i find this constant calling me old and drawing on my experience of stock picking as a bad thing from you, as to being somewhat deflective.

i note people who really, really don't like my posting style are now coming to the conclusion i have been voicing for some time now.

i would highlight i can "read" an rns better than some here and react quicker to safeguarding capital because of it.

i understand in a way you clearly can't, that i don't know what's going on. i don't know enough about the science, or the competition, or about any "unreported" conversations between avct and who else. i don't interpret silence other than there is nothing to say rather than imagining secret conversations are taking place.

so i balance on what my own thoughts process tells me, on various scenario's. i keep an ever diminishing core holding just in case the science really is as good as they say.

i agreed at the time in thinking the death spiral was fanciful in the extreme when the sp was 130p. now i don't know.

i tried to highlight several times that it was about the money but you won't have it. i don't like this character tw but it seems he has been right so far as have the people who have kept the short open. have they ulterior motives? i don't know, was deutche bk being honest or was it a deliberate attempt to undermine the stock? i don't know, i only have the sp to go by and months and months later it is a lot lower now than it was then

if there are nefarious things going on behind the scenes to lower the sp then as i can't affect it i don't want to be holding too much stock. but how do i know? i don't. just as a deal could drop tomorrow. will it? i don't know but that to me looks very unlikely at the moment.

Unless a deal or outside finance in excess of £50m is coming in the next few weeks/months then why would they not get free money?

Why waste another £3m when they would only have to up a RI to cover the £3m repayment?

And by the way, how do you judge "Momentum"? isn't that reflected in the SP? All the things you despise about AIM, which are completely flawed by the way, are the main indicators of confidence in the BoD science and likely outcome.

Al though I imaging all those buys in the 40's you made on the bargain of the century need to be averaged down by buying more around 25% lower.

Will BP do multi billion £ deal based on just prelim data? If they do, then great, but again I don't know about you, but to get after 3 years odd of P1A trial with all the data being collated as they went, and it then takes nearly 9 months after it finishes to get the full update and collation seems a pretty length process and therefore I was using that as a template for p1B.

Goodness knows we have jumped the gun on timelines since this started, so I don't think this is unreasonable to discuss.

Early Q3 is basically 3 months away on a trial that is barely underway. and still recruiting for.

How long has it taken to get full P1a data presented to the market after that phase finished? 9 months?

I am not being argumentative, but I can't see the time line for completion of P1b. Is it realistic to add on 6 months to collate the data? (It will have to be comprehensive if a deal is to come because of it. I think)

I thought it was prelim data by end of 2025?

It says a "further update" end of 2025 for P1b, but I could not see a completion of P1b date.

The market cap of HE1 is completely based on RUKWA.

IF Blue Star delivers 20% on every well above forecast it will make no difference to the SP

Previously If RUKWA failed then HE1 would go bust, now with Blue Star the SP would fall to about best guess .3p, (-60%)

Its an insurance policy for HE1 staff rather than any benefit at this stage to HE1 stock holders. (imo dyor etc etc)

The odds on any vast multi bagging is imo diminishing quite quickly.

I think a RI is coming either through ND or another loan. I think if its UK then we are in the 20's and a take out price now is looking on that basis 60-80p if we are lucky. If its ND I have no idea because of the amount that might be raised.

My disappointment is now I think, because AVCT are very vulnerable as there will be likely be no P1b data before the need for a RI.

Could get some finance in in a deal of some sort, always possible, just looks less likely to me.

This may still all come good but surely even the most ardent fanatic must realises its not really looking like a holy grail of cancer treatment for at best, years away.

But maybe it explains why BP is not getting involved at this stage. There really is plenty after all. Maybe it is not quite so dumb of BP going over the tried and tested tharapies presently.
