"Look at Wyndrum's continual 'logic', the SP is down therefore the science isn't up to much etc, etc (he even claims he doesn't know much about the science) Correlation is not evidence of causation. This opinion is a well known logical fallacy, and yet he sticks to it like a religious zealot."
Except you are wrong opti. Completely wrong. Your assumption is incorrect.
You are assuming the science will win out (it might, but it might not, thats the thing with trials)
This is an INVESTMENT. The aim of the investment is to buy and then the SP to go up. There is more to it than just the science. The SP is the reflection of market sentiment. This is often derided here but the fallacy is that you and all the rest, believe in market sentiment. You have to because you are buying in now (then) while the risk is high because your guess (sentiment) is that it will outperform the current majority guesses (sentiment).
We are not dealing in facts but future outcomes with a lack of the full knowledge let alone understanding of the science. (Which none here really understand in the detail necessary to "know" what's going on.)
It is perfectly possible that the SP is in fact correct and that the current market does know more than you. You are making an assumption that you know more than the sum total of every other investor in the market, whether that's investment houses, Nomads, specialist funds, as well as big investors both public and private.
Clearly (because its the future being discussed), there are differing opinions. After 4 years the SP is at its all time low even though its just had its most recent update with carrots of deals and US listings. The "market" does not trust the BoD.
Its all about the money and until the funding issue is resolved the majority opinion is to wait and see how this pans out.
Thats simple risk management. No Trolling, no conspiracy, no agenda, just straight forward investors trying to get the best return on their money.
How has your analysis worked out over the years in this investment?
