Here is where I show my supreme ignorance of the tech involved but here goes and be, relatively, as patronising as you like because I have a feeling I am going to deserve it, but here goes anyway...
Bams, potentially, is going to allow a 1000 tests per day on a machine. Why does it take so long to validate whether it works?
You take a test from somebody who has got covid and you run it through the machine, then you log the result.
10 machines (x 1000 test) and the 10,000 test are validated within a day. I know that's a simplification, but given that BAMS was up for he validation test program on the back of AVCT knowing it would work, why then does it take MONTHS?
I know saying it would only take a day is faintly ridiculous but I honestly don't understand, given the importance of this particular test, that more resource was not given to it.?
What is the LSTM up to? that's gone quiet? Globally we were taking samples from Africa and South America as well as the UK so I can't believe it was a lack of test product available.
So I asked for it... What am I missing?

look out for a break above 140p. It has repeatedly tried and failed to do this over the last day or so. If it does I would expect further moves upward, certainly beyond the recent high of 143p. It would also flag to me impending news. ( I know that's not saying much as "impending news has been well...impending since the 30% rise earlier this week.
If it comes, I think it will come in a rush.
But really what do I know... seriously... what do I know.. but if it happens I will have the (unproven) confidence that we are literally, figuratively, almost certainly, quite possibly, arguably, on the cusp, or near to, a statement that might, one way or another, finally, if not conclusively but at least shed some light, on progress, whether positive or not regarding Avacta, or perhaps another company, that maybe related to whatever it is that any company, public or private, is doing in this field or indeed, any other endeavour.

Alright Scardey, so you do have a calculator.. Blimey, anyone could have done that....(I have just done a Rubiks cube by looking at the jumbled pattern in front of me and then doing it my head...)
If you really want to impress can you break it down into the odds per hour on any trading day?

So here in the Big Brother house we are now in week 8 of 13 of Q4 (1st of Oct was a Thursday).
So 5 weeks left, therefore 25 working days. (There is a part of me that feels I should leave it there and let you all bask in my sharp mathematical brain, particularly as, although I cant prove it, I did not use a calculator.

So every day that passes is a 4% chance of the news dropping (100% divided by 25, pay attention at the back.)
Now that sounds quite high to me and obviously every day that passes increases the chances that that day will be "the" day. And there is meant to be a raft of news releases, so the odds now are higher still that on any given day share moving news will be released. The emotional FOMO pull is going to increase and ratchet up every day.
(Its just a shame the MM's are a soulless bunch who make the Borg seem positively wet and dripping with there never ending emotional outpourings...)

Hi Adam, I'm pretty sure you have already figured this out: The "market" is not some benign place where stocks are bought and sold. Its a pit of venom designed to relieve the inexperienced (and experienced) of their money. Never forget that. Its not fair, its designed to be unfair, so don't expect it to be fair. There is money at stake and wherever there is money there are nefarious deeds aplenty.
No SP is based on the "fundamental" value of a stock. You cannot "work out" what a share is worth. You can take a long term view and buy in today and look at it in 2-3-5 years time and see how it worked out but that's not easy either, because who knows what competition could surface in that timescale.
I don't know your background or experience but it sounds to be frank, that you were, in hindsight too inexperienced to bet with the amounts that you did.
Its not for me to offer advice although I think I and many here could be helpful but its possibly a bit too much of the stable and the horse syndrome to do much more than just poor salt, vinegar and a squeeze of lemon on the wound.
Fwiw in case its not too late: It is hard to get rich quick, but it is surprisingly easy to get rich slowly. If you have time certainly don't despair but also don't try to get your losses back quickly, that route tends to lead to (greater) ruin.

Hi auro, Its not the sequence, its the words, Share price goes down on vaccine news, and its due to criminal behaviour of MM's but when the SP goes up on no news its because investors realise its a good bet and not criminal MM's pushing the price up. That was all,
