PA, (Iplease don't read this as though its got an argumentative tone because that is not my intention)
We are all traders, all of us.. Whats the difference between me selling my shares now, today and you selling shares in 5 years time?
What was your objective when you originally bought AVCT stock? was it to make money so that when you sold you would have a healthy profit?
If so, that's was and is my intention too. You bought shares I bought shares, I sold in 6 months you sold after 6 years. Whats the difference apart from the time interval?
Why label (me) as a "Trader" and you as an "Investor". Is that label you assign to me a negative compared to you or just different. Our perspectives I would suggest are identical, you are just prepared to wait longer for returns than I am. Thats ok, this is not a right/wrong conversation.
Was it wrong of me to expect the SP, back in June at around 130p give or take 10p, to be say 200p plus by now? at that the time was that unrealistic based on what AS said and science based posters?
Truly did you expect 6 months on from June to for the SP to be at 110p. So, you may take a longer view and not care about todays price, but what if hypothetically for whatever reason, in 5 years the time the SP is 150p? At that time you decide to sell because, the SP/ company is not performing as well as hoped after all. Are you a trader then?
