What do you believe "imminently" means, in the context of the test being granted HUA?

It will only be in hindsight that the bottom will be reached. I am not calling it particularly although i have seen a tentative reversal yesterday, but as I said, drip feeding in around these levels with some powder left , if it does fall to the 150-160p range does not look the worst strategy, to me (imo)

The worst of boo-specific issues are behind it (unless new revelations were revealed but lets assume not), so now it is a comparison stock to others in the market. And it has a lot going for it,( no debt, good growth etc) so even if it does "badly" if it's "badly", is better than others in the same sector, the SP could still rise.

Anyway, what do I care, its all about the charts... :0))

Although it was rhetorical last question, it is still however important, because as an investment (removing the high emotion this stock generates), that is pretty fundamental.

For instance if we knew then what we know now (12 months ago), then those that did, would have not bought then and waited. (I know that is "well Duh!") but as an investment you buy a stock on research with a timeline in mind (however long or short it is.)

So, to buy into a stock not knowing when or what , the payoff will be, then starts to highlight the nature of the risk being undertaken to the individual.

this has turned out to be an unusual investment.

Right now from a SP pov it is clear that if a rumour grabs hold than the SP will jump 10-20% very quickly and fall back just as quick if unsubstantiated.

That suggests to me there are a lot of PI's itching to get on board due to the potential of the company.

The downside is that these buyuers are either getting burned and selling at a loss when the SP falls back or, once committed are hanging on to their purchase.

In either event, that pool of money is shrinking so moves on rumour in theory, should decrease as funds available diminish.

Also that is overlaid with the continual lack of news that backs up these rumours, making potential buyers sit on their hands until its official.

As a company it has gone very quiet and we are still 4-8 weeks away from an update on the AVA6000k trial. (I am not convinced we will hear this side of Xmas, only because I don't think AVCT have met a timeline yet, so I think its slightly, maybe, 60/40 in favour of hearing in January. (My best guess, is a bout a week or so before the Jan 31st update/results.)

Who knows whats going on with the LFT.

Again from an investors pov, (not traders) its become shambolic, NDA's with Medusa, but their staff talking willy nilly to strangers on the phone. No idea when it will be reapproved in the UK, no idea when HUA is going to be granted, no idea on selling price or profit margins. (This is not about my scepticism on over sales, just what we know or don't know.)

No news on any further tie-ups, no news on how the tie ups are progressing, no updates on the milestone payments (undisclosed, which I understand why).

So investors are buying in quite blind at the moment but with the knowledge that the fog could lift at any time or ... not.

Therefore AVCT is back where it was maybe 18 months ago. Lots of promise and potential but still very high risk but at least with the AVA6000k trial, some real actual development should be available within 2 months at the latest. And there is always the promise that the LFT will deliver.

So all to play for still, but when does payoff come?

I should hope so Jonesy, I mean at some stage, they do have the get bungy ropes attached and tow the bloody thing to site!

As for you Op, its not me that forecasted when HUA would be granted. I have never made that claim nor any projection of it, but you did and you were wrong. But you apologised because it was in good faith, and that makes it all fine.

The the only thing I have reservations about is the scale of sales of the AVCT test. And that's it. That is the scope of my "crime".

I have articulated why I think the market is smaller than it was when the test was meant to be launched end of Q1 and that the test was still then many months away.

I was correct on the test being delayed further and since then there are many more test available for sale now. I also expressed a concern on the profit margin and it turns out they are for sale in Germany for less than a couple of Euro's.

Can we even produce a test for that money let alone profit from it?

Is simply forecasting what turns out to be the case, even though it is disappointing news, illegal to post, or to be dismissed, or the poster to be hailed as a liar?

Ophidian, and many others, incl PL, have posted over the months expectations and timelines that have been COMPLETELY wrong, yet that's fine, but somehow the ones that have been correct are the bad guys?

If yes, where is your evidence.

If you think they have not, how long do you think it will take them?

And following from that, do you see meaningful sales taking more time to be generated than simply having HUA granted?

I am simply trying to ascertain whether or not Medusa have completed or even started TT on the AVCT test that they are applying for HUA.

Given there have been delays in the past and to this day I am not sure ABDX have successfully completed TT, then it is pertinent to discuss this as it may be (it may not), but it may be, even when HUA is granted that it could be several weeks or even months before any meaningful sales will take place.

For gods sake, you have been utterly hopeless in your timelines since the AVCT test was under development so don't get all high and mighty on me if I "dare" to criticise your posts and at least highlight if there is a chance that even when we get HUA, (which as a FACT, we don't know when that will be), there will be a further wait before any meaningful revenue would be forthcoming.

And by the way, I have never suggested you have posted other than in good faith, but your attitude to anyone who does not share your opinion, if this BB is typical of you, is just awful.

What you can't get around is that this test has been delayed so many times, so often, that my "negative" posts which really have always been on the test, trying to figure out maybe the delays were about something more serious, have been at least right to be concerned and not to assume that every delay, was a minor glitch to be ignored.

So quite why you are so offensive to me in particular, when I have been right to express concern is frankly beyond me.

Medusa are a manufacture or do you think they are no?. They have (according to Sports) 100m per month capacity.

if as you believe, there is no TT taking place, then when HUA in the EU is granted then it could be months before TT is completed? Is that your take?

I am not trying to be argumentative about this.

HUA could be very close, but if we then have wait for TT to take place and we have seen how long ABDX have been taking, then its not an unreasonable subject to air, is it?

If they have, surely that should have been RNS'd? If it hasn't, how long will it take if ABDX has taken months so far?

So if Medusa are not a manufacturer, then even with and when HUA granted, do you expect a time lag before sales will get going in any number (ie more than 1m per month)?

the consensus here from a bearish POV is that 150p is probably the low that's possible/likely in the near future, but in fact the BH SP is not that far away. (15%?)

Now, I understand that it could fall to 150p and then carry on falling more but at some stage you have to pull the trigger if you are looking to buy.

My point is that I think buyers could start to come in any time now and allow for the fact it may drop further rather than waiting for a 150p target that may never be hit.

If anyone was bullish on BH then drip feeding in from these levels, maybe 25% of the total funds available at 178p,168p 160p and 151p (or whatever, just examples) might be a strategy to get in but at the same time insure a bit against further falls?

Has ABDX completed TT or is it still ongoing? (I thought there was to be an update when it was and I have not seen one.)

Have Medusa done TT on the AVCT? If they have, why has it taken so long for ABDX to complete?

Who is (or was) producing the tests for Calibre to sell?

There seems to be tests that can be produced on a small scale (for evaluation etc) but there is or was problems with scale up?

Was Calibre just suppled with very small numbers when the test was for sale?

Who is producing the test for the elite sports teams etc etc that AS referred to?

And on a separate note: when is "imminent"?

(I thought it was any time now, and in this context any day now, but if runs to a couple of weeks, is any week now "imminent? Its pushing it I think?

Certainly I don't think if it runs to months, then anybody can say imminent is the same as any month now, can they?
