The facts are the sp is 54 p after 5 years of a phase 1 trial and that price is lower than when it started.

How anyone can extrapolate that long term decline as a positive is simply stupid or has a different agenda to helping less experienced people make money.

There is a new trial that promises a breakthrough.

If it is successful then AVCT could well turn out to be great investment.

Expect it to run overtime and fail as unfortunately that is both the norm for this sector and AVCT in particular.

So just place your bet accordingly.

Yes Thorn, thats what I am trying ascertain, but as expected when asked to clarify and flesh out his, what some might say are wild assertions, he has gone mute, which is surprising because he has until now responded to my posts very quickly.

Not really B2, because NFT is expecting a £28.00 per share valuation based on a completely different company and I want some context on that company.

He has used that comparison many times over the last week or two to prove his point. (Although I am not sure what that is, other than he thinks AVCT should be worth more based on the results of a trial that has not even started although the only human trial AVCT have done has not been as ground breaking in efficacy as we were led to believe.)

He is also constantly telling me I am living in the past and that AVCT was a Tractor in LFT days and is a Ferrari now, and again I wanted to know what he thought of the tractor boys then because if he could point to how slow and backward AVCt were then, then we would perhaps have some agreement and I could perhaps re-evaluate his analysis.

So when someone makes these assertions asking for clarification is hardly asking for an argument.

The offer for one company can at best be a broad indicator but obviously a number of buyouts would need to be calculated to get a mean, and even then, no 2 companies are the same. The technology is different (obviously) as are the cancers it wished to specifically address.

It is in a different market which while I accept that ND might well indeed value small bio-pharmas much more highly than AIM it is a moot point as Avct is not on the ND.

According to AI DCR can give a false impression of efficacy.

I am not "crying" about the LFT failure. As you well know I was highlighting that at that time very bullish comments were made by AVCT about it as well as everything before and since, and nothing commercially has to come to pass accept for share holder dilution and long term capital loss.

I would be intrigued to know if at the height of AVCT's LFT involvement you considered the company to be the equivalent of a "Tractor"? Will you answer that? I ask because at the time it was meant to be the best test in the world, and that was from AVCT themselves. Were they lying then? Did you knowq to cast doubt on what they were saying. You won't answer that though will you?

The SGC looks to be the best bet right now because it gives a standard of care where there was none previously, but again if you were being fair and not so partisan, you would acknowledge that that was not the purpose of P1b. Had it not been for this treatment and only against Dox administered therapies where would the SP be now?

AVCT is a pure play oncology company (not a leader because they have nothing yet), because everything else has failed. They bought diagnostic companies to presumably dovetail their own tech into the sales and contacts these companies already had. How did that work out? Just to remind you, because its the past of course that does not count but it cost millions and millions to AVCT shareholders. (but not to the workforce).

I have called this stock correctly to date while still being aware that they could yet succeed. Reminding people of their 100% record of failure however is imo no bad thing for current and new investors to be reminded of ,when reading hopelessly one sided, inaccurate and misleading posts like yours

RR, I am constantly under attack every time I post, every single time.

I on the other hand am happy to defend my position and my arguments re: AVCT.

I am not doing victory laps but again simply reminding those who again constantly ridicule and insult me and my analysis is that it has been CORRECT.

You would prefer to potentially buy at 285p and 5 years later be on a 80% loss, with everyting hanging on the next 6-12 months which would have been the same argument since 2020?

No one bought this stock 5/6 years ago and expected to be A: still independent or worse at 53p.

Obviously everyone has a different risk profile and portfolio but many here over the years have gone in "balls deep" , "all in", constantly (apparently) topping up.

Its not my fault the SP is 54p. Its not my fault what the BoD have said and what has come to pass.

If you all could just take your own advice and not keep questioning my mental state and stop posting lies about me, then all would be left would be to talk about AVCT.

This constant theme of personalising talk about AVCT into the emotional state of the poster is ridiculous.

Being correct in stock analysis and getting it right more often than wrong is a source of comfort for me as it validates my approach and thinking which i apply to other stocks.

Reading the majority of spiteful posts here and the emotional level that the posts take is to me, the complete reverse of what is needed to be successful in stock picking overall.

Do you think Professional analysts carry on like this?

Your forecast that you so forcefully post ios only based on success. the trial that will determine this has not even started.

I would remind you that that the FDA have supported AVCT in the past but nothing has come of it and again you completely misrepresent me when saying I am stuck in the past, I simply start the clock from 2020, at every stage from then to now AVCT's tech has eventaully nor proven to be commercially successful. This is right up to P1b.

Every update in the phase 1 trial, every science day, every investors meeting has resulkted at the end of a reduced SP.

Every raise at whatever price has resulted in a SP eventually below that raise level.

This has been going on for 6 years and is accurate to the last raise at 60 odd p.

So get off your fantasy soapbox, there is nothing desperate about my posts. I regularly buy and sell this stock with an overall profit.

IF the next trial does deliver then of course a huge valuation should result but it is not certain and historically there is nothing to cling to to expect this to be the case, but you never know.

It is you that very conveniently air brush out P1a and P1b results which is as upto date as it can be.

Or, did you always know that LFT would fail that the diagnostics tech would fail, that AVA6k would start with a SP at 150p and 5 years later be a third of that?

Are we to dismiss the last 6 years and simply take everything that AVCT's BOD say about the next trial as gospel and simply pretend that all the hype in every area of their business previously is to be ignored?

What AVCT are trying to do is ground breaking and as best as I can tell very, very complex. To assume you know what is going on, what challenges they are trying to overcome, is an arrogance I find hard to stomach.

yeboha, as far as I am aware none of us have discounted the chance of success. All we highlight in different ways and in different areas, that to date AVCT have failed to commercialise every single strand of their tech.

And that should not be ignored because when I came on to this BB back in 2020 one of the constant plus points from many posters ad nauseam as defence to any criticism of AVCT, were the numerous paths to huge valuations for AVCT, Diagnostics (HUGE with all the tests that hospitals would employ),Therapeutics, and multiple applications within each division, vetinary applications. Basically they could not all fail. Yet, here we are 6 years and 5 RI's later, everything sold off and one future trial left for this to come good.

And all within that background of commercial failure has been a constant usually rude and insulting barrage at posters like me pointing out these FACTS.

The track record is awful. (and its only LTH that have suffered/paid for this failure.)

Even when there is grudging acceptance of this (I know its accepted because it is never argued and simply ignored) we are then accused of constantly posting as moving the goalposts so as to try and stop us posting, yet you and the others seem happy to continually post your views which are in fact more speculative and as a result have less chance of coming to fruition, as indeed has been the case.

So bear in mind not one, not a single forecast by you and the others over 6 years has ever come to pass, not one.

Yet you and others have the gall to continually shout down those that have called this correctly to date.

Timster's pointless, disruptive post is completely and utterly negated by the history of this stock. look where it was 10 years ago, 5 years ago and even 1 year ago.

Currently there is no defence at all for AVCT other than its all about the future but given its 20 year history of failing to commercialise any facet of its stock, several times over that period highlights that is a stock of hope rather than expectation.

To simply say "look at the positive words" from the BoD or RNS's has all been recycled several times previously with no positive result.

This time may be different but we will not know until the results of the next trial are reported.

After 5 years of only phase 1 and no deal, overwhelmingly suggests that the present trial under-delivered. To keep repeating the mantra of it "works" is disingenuous as there is no point it being safe if it is not actually more effective against the treatments currently using Dox. (if it were then obviously, obviously a deal would have been done by now. And we know this as we see other small Bio pharmas being bought out for seemingly less commercial applications.

It is only the greed of small PI's that has kept this co, afloat. Every round of funding has resulted in ultimately a SP below that level. It suggests the PI's make their percentage and get out and the greedy, emotional PI piles in thinking only they can see this slam dunk, data-proved tech that simply can't fail.

To continually ignore the more likely explanations in lieu of the "market is as thick as mince" reasons for SP falls proves this point conclusively.

Fear and greed.... in this case its 100% greed, that keeps most of you here. And thanks very much by the way, because it has paid for my holidays over the last few years.
