Chartwise the RSI has made a reversal pattern and it has broken the recent spike high, so 2 indications further moves up are likely.

a close above .33 is first but it should go after the .47 recent high of last year.

I agree with He1 (i have been in and out and most of the trades cost me except one and I got very, very lucky with it which has given me the emotional crutch to keep going with it.

And as we all know they do spin a yarn that can often seem like down right lying in hindsight.

My view is even allowing for hyperbole, that this in terms of risk reward looks very good. I think this could not be a less "sexier" stock.... filters on washing machines! how exciting..... As a result this one could be flying under the radar for many PI's.

Again I think you are aware of how important I think timing is. The risk reward for the next 3-9 months seems exceptional to me so while i need to wait for april to come round to add to my ISA accounts, I hope (hope being the operative word), that HE1 will deliver something in the next few weeks (or sooner) and I can release the money there to transfer to XSG. My holding here is pretty good in my portfolio so its not critical.

My speculative portfolio is either going to deliver this year or crash and burn. (Good job I have the time to keep tabs on them!)

Well done Bella, although you won't see this post because you are so clever with the filter button but I raised this most recently with NFT and he never responded to his valuation of $28b based on another company, even though I asked 3 times.

Thats the problem with filters.

I get filtering the sheppys and watchings of this world that offer absolutely nothing but when I am not defending myself against unsolicited slurs and random insult-only posts, I only talk about AVCT.

You tend to eventually come to the same conclusions as me but it takes a while and of course that ground has already been covered.

The thing I have noticed is that it does not take long at all to quickly scan any post to see if it has relevance or not and as a result no longer bother filtering anyone. And why? Just on the chance that they do in fact come across some good info or (heaven forfend), some helpful insight.

But as I say this will just be another green box for you to never know what was said

If a buyer thinks this will be huge multiple in value then they buy as cheaply as they can which today would be 60p?

Otherwise one would assume they are waiting for something... i dunno....maybe data from a trial yet to start?

The SP would not be say, 500p per share from here on speculation. It would be on the back of very good results and data. It would be that data that would influence as to weather or not it would be sensible to sell.

Thanks for your kind remarks Ice, however giving you too trade this stock I find your comments both hypocritical and not logical.

No one here foresaw this news, no one. When it came through imo, it strengthened by some margin the AVA6k tech.

previous to this it appeared to be, at best meandering, through to a bit of a cul-de-sac, albeit with the expectation that SGC would be some sort of earner for the company but with no time line as to if/when that would happen.

Meantimne, the new trial is unfunded and therefore it can start but extra funding would be needed to see it though, but when and how much?

This analysis while hardly "gee whiz", was reasonable to assume the uncertainty would have a negative effect on the SP until resolved.

So ,again, when new news comes through always makes me reconsider my previous stance.

Given AVCT's history I think it again perfectly logical to assume before this latest RNS was to proceed with caution for capital protection.

You call it flip flopping but in fact I have always had a holding in AVCT (apart from a short period) over the last 5 years.

What I have tried to do in that period is maximise gains where I can.

You post your opinions as "facts" as thought you KNOW whats going to happen (which is patently false), I accept that I do not know what will occur and in a fast moving, high risk stock i apply the same response to that environment.

I have done financially, well, with this stock, so I am happy with my strategy to date.

Why you denigrate a successful investment I think shoes a particularly petty response from you based on silly personal prejudice.

I posted much earlier today but it was deleted but just so you know based on new news, I bought on the bell although it took about 10 mins to go through.

I bought further about 4:00 as well.

This is much more reassuring (for me) .

Given the potential (unlimited amounts and maybe unlimited dosings?), then you would think something spectacular will be seen sooner rather than later. It gives more weight now for a SGC standard of care treatment., which in turn increases the likelyhood of a licensed deal being arranged.

In any event it would seem to strengthen the technology, thereby, increasing the value of it and making the next trial more likely to succeed.

The next 3-9 months should at last, one way or another, prove if AVCT really have hit on the holy grail. What that means id successful in terms of valutaion we will have to wait and see.

Anyway for me, a much improved risk reward now.

I am one, detached form my emotions here and also I am very easy going in real life and although I enjoy posting , This is really not that big a deal in the scheme of things

It looks the number of posts have actually increased that do not mention AVCT now.

My observation here is, is if the price is low or falling then (its still!) the market is as thick as mince. However this does not seem to apply when the SP is rising. That tells me that their is little objectivity and a lot of straw grasping.

It looks most likely than any other explanation that Phase1 has proven safety but not particularly on efficacy.

This new trial is billed as having ironed out that lack of stella efficacy with presumably much better results to come.

But as I said months ago, when that seemed obvious to me and a few others, we are back to funding. and as usual it will be opaque as ever right up until whatever deal is announced.

Great, 5 years and we have not moved an inch, other than 4 RI's and a new CEO and other Board members which again suggests all was not going well then.

I mention "then" because the rampers here have never accepted at any time that anything was untoward. They go from deals to patience, to exceeding expectations, to never missing a time line, to all patients are already being dosed in spite of the fact that they are still recruiting for P1b 18 months after they started to cherry pick the patients to showcase P1b.

And as I say, now its back to funding....again...

Do I understand you to state that not only can AIM not value AVCT (which just so we are clear,is a large market for many start ups with potential breakthrough tech and as result is closely monitored by professionals to get in on the ground floor), but also by large investment houses, individual PI's and other acquisitive companies?

If the data was so obvious and it has been available for as long as it has then I can't understand why the SP keeps going down?

I think your statement is patently logically false and given you trade this share were it not for your incompetent analysis in other stocks I would think you had an agenda here. As it is I don't think you have any understanding of market dynamics at all.

All that is here presently is a continuing loss making company with huge potential but WITHOUT sufficient data yet to give confidence to big players to either make a deal or take a stake.

In other words the market is rightly pricing this stock based on the info available. When the news changes, so will the valuation.

Again i don't know but when you have babes in the wood about money there is normally a Mr Wolf nearby to take advantage.

But lets make sure we don't respond we dont discuss we filter any point that does not say AVCT will suceed. That always works.

(Check every company you know that has run into financial difficulties and read the precious RNS's from them before they had to admit the actual situation. (Ask Ice about TRX woods etc) SNG, ODX Harland and wolfe, You name it. see how much insight investors were given then?)

the drop is right on the strong level of support so next week from a chart perspective is potentially critical.

If it closes 50p or lower than 42p is the next support and if 50/51p as a strong support does go, then i would expect 42p to be tested rather than drift in between those 2 levels.

The other case is for it to rebound away but it looks less likely as there is continued downward pressure to test this support as every previous move up has been short lived. You would need a close above 58p to give some sort of confidence that the worst was over or ideally more cautiously a hold above 64p.

The fundamental reasons for the pressure is the foggy financial position of the company. Will there be a deal? when? how much? Will it be before new news or after? Will it be yet another RI (most likely because thats is AVCT's history on funding the trial) Again, how much as that affects shareholder value?

So its not actually a particularly bearish outlook it is just the uncertainty of the market buying in now with all the variables still to be detailed.

Its no different to a friend saying lend me some money for this great scheme I have, without you having much info at all. How much do you want? when will you put the plan into operation? when will i get my money back?

If the answer was all "I don't know yet" would you just not wait until he did know?

It seems to me many posters here over complicate this investment.

Instead of focusing on the basics (money!) which we all understand pretty well, they want to get lost in the weeds of "research" on a subject they don't understand from a company that does not release all the info and never will given it needs to keep the tech secret, and will never, ever be honest about what challenges need to be overcome or are particularly difficult to resolve. And on all that partial and potentially misleading back drop which AVCT has historically in spades, they still hang their financial hats on the area they know least about, but somehow pretend they do.

I dont care but I get utterly castigated and no doubt will do for this post too, but it is beyond obvious that I simply cannot understand, that no one here seems to understand the importance of money particularly theirs! when discussing this stock.

facts: 5 years of results, almost as many RI's and a SP close to all time lows. But according to the well researched its not about the tech. (if it ain't the tech then what is it?!!
