I was also holding on Sea Lion discovery, ralph2010,....as I have said before, RKH owe me nothing,....the old DES acreage does, (Oil Discovery RNS, followed by Oil Discovery turned to Water RNS at 0700 hrs the following Monday morning),....can hold indefinitely & will.

Yes CitizenTS,...that (which If I didn't know better I'd suspect is an influence peddling placement by the Italian's), also crossed my mind,....what caught my eye, was this bit:-

"As a result of the acquisition, RKH indeed subrogated to MOG in all its legal relations, and accordingly RKH substituted MOG in its rights against the Italian Republic, including its rights under the ECT."

Now, I am not a lawyer, (I'm a property Landlord),...but that sounds positive to me,....which is why I believe, we have a very strong case,.....minimum, 50% of claim, is what I am expecting.

Yes, it could be a decent pay out,....50% of our claim, would be a good result, (IMO),....just been reading this January 27, 2018 Kluwer Arbitration Blog ( http://arbitrationblog.kluwerarbitration.com/2018/01/27/rockhopper-vs-italy-weighing-legitimate-expectations-investors-due-diligence-ma-deals/ ),....decision could drop any day now.

Took some more (s/p@4.975p) in our ISA's, today, hasiba,....we are still on Free (6 figure) PRD shareholding,...if I increase our PRD shareholdings further, they will still be Free PRD shareholdings, for a few more Buy tranches yet.

Yes, that thought had crossed my mind,....just been looking again, at RNS dated 19 July 2021 ( https://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/PRD/operational-highlights-and-placing/15064518 ), the extract below, has caught my eye;-

That sounds good to me,....decided to take our PRD shareholdings, up further tomorrow,...it's also a Strong Buy for myself, but for clarity, we will still be on Free PRD Shareholdings, after I Buy tomorrow.

RKH, should have a decision, by the end of July,....we also hold RKH (increased, our RKH shareholdings, yesterday),....once decision known, if positive, with good quantum (which, I hope, is the outcome),.....then, I guess, our GBP shareholdings, could follow the same route.

Yep, a good day,....I've been here, for quite some time,....patiently waiting for Tilapia oil field licence,....once we have that tucked under our belt,....I would expect to see, a very substantial upward re-rate, from current low s/p level.

Not me,... today, I took our RKH shareholdings, back above 100,000 RKH shares, (all held in two ISA's).

I've also been around for awhile (born December 1947),....bought my first shares (Tesco), when I was about 18 years old,.....had my fair share, of good & bad investments, over the years,....exposure to Corrib, is why I will hold PRD & EOG, indefinitely, regardless of their other assets,.....as I have said before, Morocco is a bonus for myself,.....I first bought into PRD, when they cornered CO2 market in Trinidad,....from memory, we only had 100m shares in issue back then, with the Market Cap of about £3m, I believe.
