Cynical (regards Placings) I am, ...I guess that's why my strategy, is to create Free Shareholdings, when possible, which I accomplished here at PRD, quite some time ago.

Having read yesterdays RNS ( https://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/PRD/operational-highlights-and-placing/15064518 ), I am wary of further dilution,.....will probably increase our PRD shareholdings further, but not beyond the point, of being Free PRD Shareholdings.

Hi Blackdogtaff,....I also have not sold any PRD, on the MOU-1 Update,....having considered what was said, in the RNS,( https://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/PRD/mou-1-update/15046540 )...my focus is on the "Forward plans",.......which resulted in my decision, to increase our PRD shareholdings (by 65%) on Friday,....we still hold all free PRD shareholdings, after our Friday PRD shareholdings increase,....at current s/p level, can still increase our PRD shareholdings, by further high percentages, before all our PRD Cash crystalized profits, are reinvested in PRD,....I also think the market has got it wrong & am in a strong position, to back my judgement.

We have had a very sunny hot weekend, here in Lincolnshire,....made good use of the weather (gardening),....so, will have made a nice bit, of Vitamin D.

Hi GRH...,I'm here, for the final destination, of the PRD journey,....I read all posts, negative & positive,......I've been here for quite some time,......bought in,when we cornered the CO2 market, in Trinidad,.....its a Stay, from myself.

Not sold any PRD shares myself, (on these drill results),.....having watched the s/p slide, since drill update,....the market appears to be pricing a further placing in, with the s/p at this level (IMO),....at current s/p level, that doesn't bother me, started increasing our PRD shareholding today (Sub s/p@6.5p),....started with a PRD shareholding increase of 65% approx,....here for next drill.

I also had a look back, at the last Operational update, dated 6 May 2021 ( https://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/PRD/operational-update/14965336 ),...noting the guidance given;-

"Drilling at MOU-1 is expected to take up to 20 days. Subject to the results of wireline logging the well will be completed for rigless testing.

As previously guided, results from MOU-1 may potentially de-risk up to 1,823 BCF of prospective High Estimate gross recoverable gas resources in the Tertiary and in the MOU-4 Prospect to provide the basis for a further drilling programme, including appraisal and exploration wells, when the Star Valley rig becomes available again later in 2021."

Looking at the MOU-1 Update, dated 6 July 2021 ( https://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/PRD/mou-1-update/15046540 ),.....noting the guidance given;-

"Based on these positive results the Company will be proposing to its partner to drill the previously defined MOU-4 location later this year to the northeast of MOU-1, and to commission an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) over the prospective area around the MOU-4 location which will also incorporate information from the existing EIA."

Looking forward to MOU-4 drill results.
