I am also more cautious, of AIM listed shares, spawny100,.....the management, here at PRD, is excellent, (IMO),.....normally, I would be very wary, of a share moving down, from the Main Market to the AIM Market,.....in the case of PRD, I believe it is for the right reasons, leaving me feeling comfortable, with managements decision, to move down to the AIM Market,.....if I was not in such a strong position (sitting on free PRD shareholdings, plus good crystalized cash profits, from PRD share sales), I may have been a little less comfortable, with the move down, to the AIM market,.....I'm looking forward, to the drill results.

I'm holding & building up our HUM shareholdings, for second half of 2022 forwards,Swampmonster,.....see current s/p level, as a buying window,.....the market & my business interests, keeps me young (I'm 73 years of age), stock market is my hobby,....only invest surplus funds, therefore never in a fearful position.

And it is an absolute rule that a share cannot be issued fully paid for anything less than its nominal value",....sitting on a BOR Gross Average s/p@1.3009p myself,....I'm not concerned about a raise at 1p or above,.....only holding a light (150,000 BOR shares) shareholding position here at present,....if the ASK s/p drops substantially below 1p, I will average down to a Gross Average sub 1p.

I used to hold CEY shares, awhile back myself (about 2009 from memory), adamsmithfreethi,....not followed CEY in recent years,....only holding a couple of Gold shareholdings (HUM & COBR) at present,....I will be increasing our weighting in Gold shares, going forward, from this point in time,....I wish you good fortune, with your CEY investment.
